ALL IN THE FAMILY: KELLY TO OPEN FOR OZZY IN ENGLAND
The Osbournes is a hit TV show, but they are also coming to invade England for a special one-time-only pair of shows. Kelly is opening for Ozzy in London and Birmingham in early September at the beginning of her dad's European tour (his first arena shows in the U.K. in eight years).
The dates are:

These shows mark the first time that OZZY and KELLY have ever performed on the same stage.

JACK AND KELLY TO HOST ISLE OF MTV 2003
Jack and Kelly Osbourne will host Isle Of MTV 2003, bringing some of the world's hottest DJs and live acts to Ile du Gaou in France.
Building on the success of Isle of MTV 2002, which took Europe by storm last summer, Isle of MTV 2003 is set to be even bigger and better this year, with a 12-date club tour boasting an eclectic mix of DJs, sophisticated venues and some of Europe's most discerning clubbers. The highlight of the tour will be an open-air main event, which is set to take place on August 7 on the picturesque island of Ile du Gaou, near the town of Six-Fours Les Plages, South of France...
The Isle of MTV main event will be the ultimate beach party. Five thousand music lovers from across Europe will party as the sun sets on the unspoilt island of Ile du Gaou, one of the best kept secrets in France. Celebrity hosts Jack and Kelly Osbourne, will join live music acts and DJs including Tiga (of 'Sunglasses at Night' fame), Mr C and Rob da Bank, for one of the wildest parties that France has ever seen.
All the best moments from the club tour will be broadcast in five 30-minute programmes, which will be aired on MTV UK & Ireland from August 2003. MTV cameras will capture all the main beach party on IIe du Gaou, which will be broadcast in a one-hour special on MTV.

JACK OSBOURNE CHECKS SELF IN FOR DRUG ABUSE
The 17-year-old son of rocker Ozzy and wife Sharon checked into Pasadena's Las Encinas rehab facility a week ago for drug and alcohol abuse.
Jack always has been social. He often has been shown out at clubs on MTV reality show The Osbournes, chronicling his family's life.
"I got caught up in my new lifestyle and got carried away with drugs and alcohol," Osbourne says in the new People magazine, on newsstands Friday, in an interview conducted on his fourth day in treatment. "Once I realized this, I voluntarily checked myself into a detox facility."
Sharon has said that she hoped her children, Aimee, 19, Kelly, 18, and Jack, had learned about the dangers of drugs and alcohol by seeing their father struggle with addiction. "Kelly was 4 months old and being wheeled around the Betty Ford Center," Sharon told People last year.
In January 2002, Jack tried a self-imposed "timeout from partying," says People, after admitting to his mother, who was finishing up chemotherapy treatment for colon cancer at the time, that he was overindulging in marijuana and alcohol.
But recently Jack, a part-time scout for Epic records, had been spending most of his time in Malibu, where his parents have a beachfront home. And he had slipped.
Kelly tells the new Us that the family didn't know how bad it had gotten. "We didn't even know what was going on because we haven't been together for a while. I was on tour, Mum was working on her TV show, and Dad's in rehearsal."
She says, "He sat with Mum and she said, 'We'll get you help, we'll figure it out.' " And now, says Kelly: "He's in really good spirits." No one has said how long Jack plans to stay in the facility.
Osbourne family publicist Lisa Vega said Tuesday that the family hadn't planned to go public with Jack's news so soon, but "trespassers" entered the grounds of the rehab facility and took photos of him.
Entertainment Tonight reported Monday that Jack wore a white gown labeled "patient 021042."
Shooting of The Osbournes ended in February. Ten new episodes begin June 10.

KELLY'S EUROPEAN PRESS TRIP UPDATE
The Punk Princess has been a busy bee overseas, taking the European Union by storm during a chock-full-on promo trip to promote the YESTERDAY's release of Shut Up in Europe. Here's a sampling of what she's done since she left almost two weeks ago: loads of press interviews in London; on the show 'CD/UK' she performed with her band (also on the show were Spice Girl Mel C. and The Appleton Sisters); another stellar performance of "Shut Up" on the legendary 'Top of the Pops' program along with labelmates Good Charlotte and the Flaming Lips (who featured a very special guest bass player--no shiznilly--Justin Timberlake!); a wild HMV in-store signing, attended by over 1000 kids; a live gig in Amsterdam with Good ! Charlotte that saw Kel pulled into the audience by a crazed Dutchman, only to be saved by security beefcake Big Dave (look for the NME review next week); a performance on the NRJ Awards in chilly Stockholm, where Kelly made time to visit a bar made completely out of ice (I have a sneaking suspicion we'll have Kelly back in Los Angeles before too long!); a second trip to Cologne, Germany for press intervies; and, finally, a little sickness that was blown up by the voracious English press into a nasty rumor that she collapsed due to difficulty breathing! They had a field day with it for a day or two but it all passed. Kelly was simply exhausted and is back on track after a couple days' rest.

KELLY TAKES OFF FOR EUROPE
Kelly and her band took off for Europe today for a three week promotional tour to promote the European release of Shut Up, which has yet to hit record racks over there. Among the activities planned on the junket are a string of televised performances in Sweden, Germany, and England, including another Top of the Pops performance, and an in-store signing appearance at the London HMV on the day of the album's release (January 27).
